It acts by binding to 50s ribosome subunit and inhibits the protein synthesis of bacteria. |
| ADVERSE EFFECT |
Sensitivity reaction to vehicle. |
| SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS |
If sensitivity reaction occurs after topical instillation discontinue treatment. |
| DOSES |
Adult: 2 to 3 drops 3 to 4 times daily.
Children: 1 to 2 drops twice daily. |
